Our focus
We combine performing arts with mentorship and practical skill-building so participants can grow as dancers, creatives, and confident young women.

Why we exist
Many girls in vulnerable communities have limited access to safe creative spaces, long-term mentorship, and opportunities to build discipline and accountability.
Nala Base responds with consistent training, trusted support, and a pathway that keeps education at the center while opening future creative and career options.

For Chanella Djamilla, dance is more than movement
—it’s a way to feel, heal, connect, and create stages where stories come alive.
Her artistry has led her to major stages across Rwanda and beyond, including performances at Move Afrika with Kendrick Lamar, the 2024 BAL Opening Ceremony with Adekunle Gold, and the Trace Awards alongside icons like Davido and Yemi Alade.
She now channels her experience into building opportunities for more girls and women to step into their power through talent development, financial literacy, education support, and job creation across the continent.
